CryptoDredge 0.18 - added support for Argon2d mining algorithm

The popular multiminer for Nvidia CryptoDredge video cards has got an 18 version in which they added support for the Argon2d-dyn algorithm. It should also be noted that NiceHash support for mining MTP or GRIN29, and for mining GRIN29 you need only 4Gb of video memory (Linux). For mining, Aeternity CryptoDredge asks for even less than 2Gb. The commission for using a miner is 1%, except for the MTP algorithm, where the commission is already 2%.
