New NBMiner 29.0 with KAWPOW Support

NBMiner 29.0 kawpow algorithmSupport for the new KAWPOW algorithm, which is likely to be used by the RavenCoin project for its mining, has been added to the latest version of the NBMiner 29.0 miner. The KAWPOW algorithm is based on ProgPow with several parameters specific to Raven Coin. So now besides the officially released kawpowminer and the recently updated Gminer, which now also supports KAWPOW, you also have a third option in the form of the latest NBMiner. It seemed to us that all these miners use the same implementation of support for this algorithm, so you should not expect a big difference in performance between this software. Below you can see the official list of expected performance on popular mining GPUs with default settings for the KAWPOW algorithm when using NBMiner 29.0.

The expected performance of NBMiner 29.0 on the KAWPOW algorithm:Nvidia P106-100: 10.3 MH/S

  • Nvidia P104-8G: 17.5 MH/S
  • Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti: 13.3 MH/s
  • Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti: 22.5 MH/s
  • Nvidia GTX 2080: 25.8 MH/s
  • AMD Radeon RX 580: 10.3 MH/s

We remind you that NBMiner is a closed-source GPU miner for NVIDIA CUDA, and now for AMD, which is available for Windows and Linux operating systems and has the following built-in developer commission: tensority_ethash 3%, tensority (Pascal) 2%, tensority (Turing) 3%, ethash 0.65%, cuckaroo & cuckatoo & cuckaroo_swap 2%, progpow_sero 2%, sipc 2%, bfc 3%, hns 2%, hns_ethash 3%, trb 2%, trb_ethash 3%, kawpow 2%.
