Updated version of lolMiner 1.84. Now GRAM mining is up to 18% faster

A minor update of lolMiner 1.84 was released again, this time the hashrate for GRAM mining was increased by 15-18% for AMD RDNA1-2 and Nvidia generation video cards, starting with the Pascal architecture.
What's new in lolMiner version 1.84
- Improved TON/GRAM mining performance by 15-18% on AMD RDNA 1-3, NVIDIA Pascal and newer GPUs.
- Added dual mining of EthashB3 + Ton via --dualmode TONDUAL.
- Added support for GRAM mining on gramcoin.org (auto-detected), but the mode can also be manually selected using the --ton-mode 5 option.
- Fixed a bug due to which TON/GRAM mining did not work on Cuda11 drivers.
- Fixed a bug due to which TON/GRAM mining did not work on new AMD drivers.
In turn, we have already tested the new version 1.84 compared to the previous 1.83. In our case, the hashrate for the Nvidia Geforce RTX4090 video card increased from 10.2 Gh/s to 12.6 Gh/s.
