MiniZ v1.5u - improved support for Equihash 144/5 and 125/4 algorithms

The updated MiniZ miner version 1.5u has improved support for Equihash 144/5 (Zhash) mining algorithms by 6% and Equihash 125/4 by 1% for Nvidia video cards. MiniZ is currently the fastest miner for the Zhash algorithm, miner commission is 2%.
