The first performance tests of the new Nvidia Geforce RTX 5090 in cryptocurrency mining have arrived. As expected, the new product turned out to be 20-30% faster than its predecessor, the RTX 4090. However, the RTX 5090 also has some disadvantages, starting with a higher price, shortages at the start of sales, a hotter disposition of the new video card and ending with higher power consumption when idle and disabled temperature monitoring from the "Hot spot" sensors.
