CryptoDredge 0.9.2 support CryptoNightSaber and improved performance for Allium and Phi2

After a long break, the developers have released a new version of the miner CryptoDredge version 0.9.2. The main difference is the support of the CryptonightSaber algorithm for mining Bittube cryptocurrency and improved performance for Allium and Phi2 algorithms. Of the smaller innovations, this is improving performance stability, setting the intensity for each video card, adding crash reports. CryptoDredge as before supports only Nvidia video cards with support for Cuda 9.1, Cuda 9.2 and the new SDK Cuda 10.0, which appeared together with video cards of the RTX20XX series.
