TeamRedMiner 0.5.8 - added Chukwa-512 algorithm (Turtlecoin)

In the latest version of TeaRedMiner 0.5.8, in addition to the next optimization of all supported algorithms for AMD video cards with GCN architecture, support for the Chukwa-512 mining algorithm for mining the Turtlecoin cryptocurrency has appeared. Thus, TeamRedMiner began to support 21 types of various mining algorithms relevant to date.
