CryptoDredge 20.1 - Argon2d mining algorithm support

The multiminer for Nvidia video cards Cryptodredge to version 20.1 got support for the new algorithm Argon2d (Dumb mode) with which you can mine the Nimig, UraniumX, Dinamic and ZumyCoin cryptocurrencies. Compared to the 19 version in the miner, the support of the MTP algorithm has been improved and the Watchdog for the Linux version of the miner has been added.
