pearl gate listingOn October 23, 2026, the exchange Gate.io listed the Pearl (PEARL) token. The PEARL/USDT trading pair became available on the spot market from 13:00 UTC, and convert trading from 14:00 UTC. Withdrawals opened on October 24. For miners who previously focused mainly on SafeTrade, this is an important event.

Pearl is a Proof-of-Useful-Work project where miners perform matrix computations useful for AI tasks. Until recently, the main liquidity and reward withdrawals went through smaller platforms. The appearance of the coin on one of the largest exchanges by trading volume significantly changes the situation.

Mining Verification on Gate.io

Practical testing showed that Pearl rewards successfully arrive at the Gate.io deposit address. This allows reconfiguring pools and miners for direct withdrawal to the exchange without intermediate wallets.

For users from Russia, the exchange remains accessible. This is important because many large platforms introduced restrictions, and alternatives like SafeTrade were a forced choice due to the lack of larger options.

Comparison with SafeTrade

SafeTrade was for a long time one of the few places where Pearl and a number of other mining coins could be traded. However, by several parameters Gate.io looks preferable:

  • Scale and liquidity. Gate.io is among the largest centralized exchanges by trading volume (according to CoinMarketCap it regularly ranks in the top-3 by spot). SafeTrade is a small platform with significantly lower volume and a lower level of trust according to aggregator ratings.
  • Accessibility for users from the RF. Gate.io continues to work with Russian users, while the choice of platforms for many miners was limited.
  • AML cleanliness of funds. A practical test with two MetaMask wallets showed a difference. USDT withdrawn from Gate.io received a no-risk score. USDT from SafeTrade showed a risk of about 75%. A high risk score often leads to blocks on other exchanges (Bybit, Altyn and similar services). Resolving such blocks takes time and requires correspondence with support.
  • USDT withdrawal fees. On Gate.io, fees on many networks are lower than on small platforms. In particular, relatively cheap routes are available (Aptos, Polygon, Arbitrum, etc.).
  • Overall risk level. A large exchange with public reserve reporting, licenses in a number of jurisdictions, and a multi-year history carries less risk of sudden closure or withdrawal problems compared to a small platform.
Previously, many mined to SafeTrade precisely because there were almost no alternatives. With the appearance of Pearl on Gate.io, this argument has weakened.

Why AML Matters

Checking services (including AMLBot and similar) assess the origin of funds through transaction chains. Coins that have passed through small or high-risk platforms often receive an elevated risk score. Recipients of such funds (exchanges, exchangers, services) prefer not to accept “dirty” cryptocurrency in order not to increase their own risks. Hence the blocks that later have to be resolved for a long time with support.

Direct withdrawal to a large exchange with a clean transaction history reduces this problem. Of course, the final assessment always depends on the specific chain and checking service, but the difference between a large and a small platform is noticeable in tests.

Recommendation

If you mine Pearl (or plan to), it makes sense to reconfigure withdrawals to Gate.io. Coins arrive, liquidity is higher, the AML profile is better, and risks are lower than with small alternatives.

You can register on Gate.io via our link and get a 20% bonus on fees when trading on spot and futures.

After registration, create a PEARL deposit address and specify it in the pool/miner settings. Don’t forget to check the relevance of the network and minimum amounts before withdrawing.
